Can you engrave our company logo
on our Award?
YES!
All
artwork, such as logos, must be 1 color line art
(no screens or tints) in a
vector format
(.EPS or .AI). All elements within
these files (such as placed graphics or logos)
must also be line art. Vector format files can
be created using programs such as Adobe
Illustrator and Corel Draw. Please note:
JPG, PDF, BMP, GIF, TXT, PNG, Photoshop,
Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, & Powerpoint
files, as well as logos copied directly from a
website cannot be properly engraved & and cannot
be used. These formats are usually not
compatible with the engraving process, and
quality issues such as image distortion can
occur It is important to note that you cannot
simply rename a file to have a .AI or .EPS name
-- this does not convert the file format.
If you don't
have the proper logo format, we can still use
your logo or artwork Please send the logo file
that you do have —our art department can usually
convert the file for a nominal one-time
conversion fee (usually $35, however more
complicated logos can cost slightly more.) We
will contact you before we perform any artwork
conversion to confirm the artwork cost.
How long does it take before we
receive our emailed Award proof?
Email proofs are usually sent to you within 2
business days. If you sent in a logo to be
engraved on your award or if your logo was
received in an unapproved file format (requiring
file conversion to make it compatible with the
engraving process), extra time may be
required--but usually not more than 2 extra
days.
Can you produce custom award
plaques not shown on your site?
Yes! As a matter of fact, most of our core
business involves the creation and production of
custom awards. If you have an idea, please
contact customer service. Our trained Acrylic
Awards .com professions can design an award or
award program to fit you needs and your budget!
Do you ship awards
internationally & outside the 48 contiguous
states?
Yes! Additional shipping & handling costs apply
to international orders and orders shipped
outside the 48 contiguous states. Please contact
us to discuss shipping options. We may also
contact you after an order is placed on our site
if additional shipping costs apply to your
order.
Can you handle RUSH orders?
Please
contact us with your production requirements and every effort
will be made to accommodate your request.
Depending on time frame and complexity or scope of a project, a
rush charge may be accessed in order to revise our current
production obligations to meet a specific deadline. We
assume no responsibility for the scheduling &/or delays caused
by common carriers.
